Delay in Obtaining Required Page Numbers

Above, Texas litigator Evan Young tweets on December 17, 2019 that he just received the most recently printed volume of U.S. Reports—volume 570, containing cases through June 2013 (six and a half years prior). Within a day, more than 150 people, mostly lawyers, judges, and law professors, had "favorited" the tweet as a show of support.
