Reference Assistance

Document Delivery

  • All document delivery requests are limited to 50 pages.
  • Email requests, with full citation, to lawref@law.sc.edu.
  • Mailed, emailed, picked up: $.50/page plus $5.00 handling fee.
  • Faxed: $1.00/page plus $5.00 handling fee.
  • PDFs of journal articles, if available, emailed for $5.00 handling fee.
  • Billing is available.

    • This legal research platform requires the researcher to log-in to the South Carolina Bar website.
