Studying in Law School

The Coleman Karesh Law Library collects materials to support the study needs of our law students.

This guide identifies key study aids by topic located in our Study Aids section and in the Reserve Room on the first floor of the law library. These materials are available for a 24-Hour checkout.

The Study Aids section includes materials on particular legal topics that range from books published solely as study aids, to nutshells, hornbooks, and treatises, as well as resources on succeeding in law school and studying for the bar exam.

This guide also contains older editions, located by call number on the upper floors of the law library, available for a two-week checkout.

Students may use our online catalog to search the Law Library's entire collection by author, title, or keyword.
