Law Databases

A legal research platform providing access to statutes, cases, dockets, business materials, and secondary legal sources.  It contains several strong business and transactional law practice sections. Due to license restrictions, the law library can only provide access to current law school students, faculty, and staff.

A large collection of legal forms available to browse, search and download. Covers subject areas such as business, personal, litigation and federal forms. Also includes helpful articles on various legal topics and an attorney directory. The Law Library cannot recommend the use of a particular form or assist patrons with filling out a form.

Originally a digital collection of law journals, this comprehensive database has expanded to include historical US documents, the U.S. Code, the Code of Federal Regulations, historical treatises and many other sources.

Due to license restrictions, the law library can only provide access to current law school students, faculty, and staff.   LexisNexis® for Law Schools includes cases, statutes, and regulations from federal and state jurisdictions, selected legal materials from foreign jurisdictions, and the electronic version of Shepard's Citations Service®. 

ProQuest®Congressional provides comprehensive online access to congressional documents and activity, including bills, committee reports, transcripts of testimony from congressional hearings, and debates and statements from members of Congress. Full-text information can be retrieved using search terms or document numbers.
